Lovely Ferns

I'm sharing my ferns because its the first time since I've lived in Kansas that my ferns have done well.

I'm not sure what the secret is .....but ever since I left Tennessee I've not been able to grow ferns.

Its hot in Tennessee ...but I think the heat is worse here ...but I'm not sure if that's the problem.

Three things I do know ....

1. I watered them everyday!!
2. They received morning sun with very little afternoon sun.
3. They were next to the house ..... slightly protected from the wind.

Now that its fall ...they're going to die ....that makes me sad! I wish I could bring them in the house......that's not an option!

Next year I plan on returning to the same nursery and buying even more!!
