New Fabric
Here's my latest fabric......
These Jelly Rolls are Soiree by Lila Tueller and I believe I ordered them from Missouri Quilt Company. I placed my first order with them this week and I actually got my order the next day. But you know I live in Kansas...right next to Missouri :)
This Honey Bun is Cherish Nature by Deb Strain. I like the colors but I'm not sure what I'm doing with this one....especially because I don't have any yardage.
My last picture of fabric is what I received today from the Fat Quarter Shop. I needed a white Honey Bun for the Siggy Swap and I'm prettty sure they're the only place that carries the bright White. I ordered the Chocolate too because I'm thinking I'll use it for handles for the purses.
See ya!
p.s. I made some flowers for my latest bag and that really broke up how long it looked...now I like it a lot!! I just need to finish adding them and take some pictures.....and I need a name for it. I always get caught up with names!! Any suggestions?

I love the new blog. You have me scouring the internet for quilting material now. Its so sad really, all I have is a sew mini and I've only used it once. I'm not sure about a name, but I can't wait to see the flowers on the bag. I'll throw a couple names out anyway: Vanessa, Jersey Shore, Monique, Elaine. LOL
All I can come up with is Slim Jim because you talk about how tall the bag looks with the strips of fabric.
How about "Honey Bun" since that is what the strips of fabric are called. Mary
How about Hillary?
My first thought was Elaine... and since someone already said that... Hmmm... naming is hard!
I just discovered the Fat Quarter Shop a few weeks ago! LOVE IT! Your work is always fabulous!
well, the colors remind me of spring, and since you said you started on it while it was storming, how about "The Spring Rain Bag"?? or " May Showers"? or "Spring Showers"
its pretty just as it is, nice job!!!
oooh...just thought of another,,,,,,,,,,,"May Flowers"!
This fabric so SO yum although it looks so thin too. (long but thin)
Love Dawn xx
Love your bags! How about naming this one - Hollywood - you know, for 'tall & thin'.
